Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team in a small but busy acute care hospital where you'll be the critical link keeping patients stable through 12-hour night shifts. As an ICU registered nurse, you'll manage a high-acuity caseload in a 6-bed unit, with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:2. This assignment offers a unique chance to practice autonomous nursing while collaborating with a tele-ICU intensivist for guidance. You'll work within a supportive environment that values your experience, with required certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NIH, and a minimum of 2 years ICU experience outside orientation. Expect to float within your scope to related units when needed, and enjoy the consistency of a biweekly start schedule.
