Job Description:

Join a fast-paced and highly sought-after emergency department as an experienced ER RN on a 13-week contract at an academic medical center in Gainesville, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work in one of the highest-volume emergency departments in the country, with a focus on adult trauma care. You will be responsible for managing acute cases during 12-hour day shifts, floating as needed within the department to ensure all patients receive prompt attention. The facility values a strong background in handling critical trauma cases, and you will be expected to bring at least three years of recent ER experience, including recent work at a Level 1 or 2 trauma facility in a major metropolitan area. Your skills in swift assessment, advanced life support, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC) will be key to success.
