Job Description:

Join our team as a Surgical Support Specialist, where you'll assist surgeons by preparing and handing over instruments and equipment during surgical procedures. You'll float between departments and/or local locations within 20 miles, ensuring each operating room runs smoothly and safely. This role requires quick thinking to solve on-the-spot challenges and a thorough knowledge of surgical tools, supplies, and aseptic techniques. If you enjoy being a crucial part of the surgical team, this assignment offers a chance to experience a variety of procedures while keeping the operating environment safe and efficient. The job involves setting up sterile fields, preparing patients, and supporting intraoperative activities—making sure every surgery is well-equipped and runs seamlessly.
