Job Description:

Join a prestigious Level I trauma center in Springfield as an ICU RN for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you will provide specialized care within the ICU, floating between Medical, Neuro, and Cardiac units as needed, including medical overflow and general floors. Your responsibilities will include managing complex ICU cases, administering critical medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The setting offers a mix of fast-paced, high-stakes situations and rewarding patient experiences, making each night both challenging and fulfilling.
