Job Description:

This contract position involves delivering targeted nursing care to neonatal patients facing critical and life-threatening conditions. As a nurse in this role, you'll supervise and coordinate activities among various nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process. The unit is dedicated to providing intensive, comprehensive monitoring for neonates at Level III or IV, requiring attentive assessment, timely interventions, and professional judgment.
