Job Description:

Join a vibrant pediatric unit in Pittsfield, MA, where you will work 12-hour night shifts on a short-term contract lasting three weeks. This position is perfect for experienced Pediatric RNs with at least three years of current pediatric, medical-surgical, and adult med-surg experience, especially those comfortable with float assignments. The role offers a chance to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, applying your skills in Meditech Expanse and utilizing your BSN if available. Expect to handle a small, specialized unit with minimal RTO and one holiday. Bring your own vehicle for convenient access, and prepare for a contract that keeps you engaged and challenged in a supportive setting.
