Job Description:

This rehabilitation-focused Registered Nurse position involves providing specialized care for patients in a long-term acute care (LTAC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The role requires flexibility to float between units during night shifts, which run 12 hours from 6:45 PM to 6:45 AM. The RN will manage a patient load with ratios from 1:5 to 1:7, applying at least one year of med-surg experience, with additional experience in LTAC or SNF settings preferred. BLS certification is necessary. Expect to engage in comprehensive charting using Epic and contribute to patient recovery efforts with a dedicated and professional team.
