Job Description:
This travel nursing assignment places you in a busy 32-bed inpatient Medical-Surgical unit, where you'll be part of a team caring for adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions, including behavioral disturbances. The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts—day and night—every other weekend and holiday, with the flexibility to self-schedule within unit needs. You will float across all medical-surgical units on the Fargo campus, gaining exposure to diverse patient populations and procedures. The ideal candidate is prepared to handle a fast-paced environment, collaborate with physicians and colleagues, and utilize EMR systems like Epic along with telemetry equipment. Expect to provide high-quality care to complex cases, ensuring safety and comfort while working in a professional yet engaging team setting. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills in a large hospital environment that values adaptability and proficiency in acute care procedures.
