Job Description:

Join a Level III Trauma Center in Salem as a Critical Care Nurse on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be responsible for caring for adult patients with complex medical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, or cardiac issues in a 20-bed MICU. This role involves floating across Medical/Surgical units, managing 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios during high acuity moments, and working closely with attending physicians and residents. The position offers a chance to experience a busy ICU environment where quick thinking and adaptability are key. Expect to engage with a diverse patient population, getting hands-on with advanced telemetry, and contributing to a team that values skill and dedication. Your work week totals approximately 36 hours, with a weekly gross of around $1,924.62, and on-site parking is provided.
