Job Description:

Join the team as a Dialysis RN for an acute inpatient setting, where you'll be responsible for providing hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients. This role involves managing dialysis access, monitoring for complications, and ensuring the safe operation of dialysis machines and water systems. The schedule involves four 10-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating on-call duties that include evenings and weekends. Expect to work independently, utilizing your clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment. Each day offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in patient outcomes, all while working in a unit accommodating four beds with an average of 40-60 treatments per month. If you’re experienced with Cerner EMR and comfortable handling acute dialysis treatments, this is a chance to advance your skills in a supportive hospital setting with a manageable patient load of 1-2 patients per RN.
