Job Description:

Join a dedicated cardiac stepdown unit at Mercy Hospital South, where your skills as an RN will be vital in caring for post-op CABG, valve, thoracotomy patients, and those experiencing respiratory failure or chest pain. This evening shift offers an immersive hospital experience, utilizing EPIC electronic health records and working with equipment like chest tubes, Temp Pacemakers, and Bipaps. You’ll rotate to similar or lower acuity units as needed, contributing to a team that values collaboration and a positive patient environment. This 26-week contract promises an engaging work environment with the chance to make a difference in a well-respected facility.
