Job Description:

Join our surgical services team as an Operating Room RN in Boston, where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment with 17 fully equipped ORs operating around the clock. This 12-hour midschedule offers a balanced work-life rhythm, including every third weekend and holiday coverage, with the flexibility of floating to Moakley OR as needed. Bring at least two years of inpatient OR experience, preferably with trauma, neuro, or vascular specialties, and demonstrate confidence in multiple surgical services. Scrubbing experience is a plus. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of diverse surgical cases, from general to advanced procedures, in a setting that values competence, adaptability, and clear communication.
