Job Description:

Join San Juan Regional Medical Center’s surgical inpatient unit as an RN Charge Nurse on a 12-hour day shift. This contract offers the chance to work with a diverse adult patient population, including post-operative ortho, neuro, and abdominal surgery cases, as well as medical and nephrology patients. You’ll lead a team on a well-equipped 24-bed unit, managing care for patients with conditions ranging from diabetic issues and respiratory challenges to sepsis and altered mental status. The role emphasizes hands-on patient management, medication administration, and coordination of care, all while following policies aligned with a top-tier hospital recognized for its stunning architecture and regional reputation.
