Job Description:

Join a compelling opportunity as an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse in a bustling outpatient setting focusing on oncology. This role engages you in a diverse range of specialized services, including psychosocial oncology, fertility preservation, integrative therapy, and survivorship care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through their cancer journey, performing interpretative assessments of lab results, medication reconciliation, and vital sign monitoring. Your expertise will also be utilized in setting up and assisting with procedures such as dressing changes, sterile trays, and specimen collection like venipuncture and throat swabs. The work hours are structured as five days a week, eight-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a balance of professional challenge and personal time. This assignment offers a chance to make a tangible impact in the lives of those facing cancer, all while working in a supportive and innovative clinic environment.
