Job Description:

Join our team as a dedicated healthcare professional in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes. In this role, you'll utilize the nursing process to deliver direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring care is safe, timely, and patient-centered. You’ll assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document the needs and responses of your assigned patients, providing medication administration and treatments per prescribed protocols. Floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles is required, offering a varied and engaging work experience. This assignment challenges you to stay sharp, adapt quickly, and contribute meaningfully to patient care excellence.
