Job Description:

Join a specialized Labor & Delivery unit as a registered nurse during a 13-week travel contract in beautiful Hailey, Idaho. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a secure unit with six beds dedicated to women’s services, including labor, postpartum, and well-baby care. You'll assist with low to moderate risk laboring patients, perform newborn stabilization during C-sections, and manage complex obstetric situations such as hypertensive crises and hemorrhage. The assignment offers a chance to work autonomously with experienced staff, including shared obstetric and neonatal hospitalists, and to handle titratable IV drips like mag and pit. Expect to deliver care for approximately 12-17 births monthly, with strong support from in-house anesthesia and on-call specialists. This role is perfect for a skilled RN with at least two years of labor and delivery experience seeking a vibrant work environment focused on maternal and newborn care.
