Job Description:

Join a busy histology laboratory as a Histology Technician, working evening shifts that run from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday. In this role, you'll be responsible for embedding and microtomy tasks in a fast-paced environment, preparing tissue sections with precision using automated and manual microtomes, cryostats, and embedding techniques. You’ll handle a variety of specimen types, including GI, skin, and hard tissues, ensuring high-quality slides for diagnostic purposes. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to refine your embedding and microtomy skills in a leading hospital setting, all while contributing to high-stakes pathology work without patient care responsibilities.
