Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Technician on a 13-week travel contract based in Covington, Louisiana. This role focuses on supporting the hospital's laboratory operations with responsibilities in the Core Lab and Blood Bank, including handling trauma cases and MTP blood bank procedures. You'll work a night shift schedule of 3 days a week, each 10 hours long, with alternating weeks of 7 days on and 7 days off. Expect to perform a variety of tests, maintain blood bank safety protocols, and collaborate closely with hospital staff. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while experiencing the local culture.
