Job Description:

Join a prestigious medical center in Omaha for a neuro-focused medical surgical nursing contract that challenges your skills and sharpens your expertise. This 12-hour night shift role places you at the forefront of neurological patient care, covering a variety of complex conditions such as strokes, aneurysms, seizures, and spinal tumors. You will work on a 48-bed unit equipped for EEG monitoring, caring for patients with neurological and neurosurgical needs, often managing up to five patients simultaneously. Flexibility is key, as you may be floated within the scope of the unit to meet hospital staffing demands, including potential assignments at the Bellevue campus. This role offers a dynamic environment where your proficiency with EPIC charting and medication drips will shine, and your quick thinking will be instrumental during multidisciplinary team collaborations.
