Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Odessa, TX, where you will play a vital role supporting a variety of surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment. This assignment involves working in the main operating room with a focus on orthopedic, spine, neuro, general, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular, and trauma cases. You’ll be assisting during surgeries that require robotic XI technology, ensuring patient safety and surgical precision. Expect a schedule of evening shifts on weekdays with call responsibilities once a week and once on weekends, providing a balanced routine tailored for experienced professionals. This role includes an orientation period to get you acclimated to the facility's protocols and practices, offering a firsthand look into diverse surgical disciplines.
