Job Description:

Join our hospital's versatile Nursing Resource Team as a float RN, where you'll navigate a variety of care environments including ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health/Psych. Situations may range from managing cardiac drips and non-invasive ventilation to assisting in emergency procedures across different units. Your adaptability and broad experience will be essential as you provide patient-centered care that respects each individual's unique needs. This role offers a chance to sharpen your skills across multiple specialties while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with every other weekend required, and enjoy the diversity of supporting various departments within the hospital.
