Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of registered nurses on a 24-bed MedSurg Orthopedics unit in Lawton, Oklahoma. This night shift position offers an opportunity to work with a specialized patient population in a setting where a nurse's skill truly makes a difference. You'll be responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and supporting patients through their recovery. The work involves a collaborative approach with the healthcare team, and the unit's ratio of 1:5 ensures manageable patient loads that allow you to focus on delivering quality care.
