Job Description:

This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work on a new unit within a busy facility, focusing on adult medical-surgical nursing. You'll be providing hands-on patient care in a setting that values efficiency and teamwork, with a 1:5 or 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role includes working 12-hour day shifts, allowing you to experience a high-energy atmosphere that keeps you engaged and active. You'll utilize Meditech EMR systems and must have a current Kentucky or compact license and certifications like BLS, ACLS, and NIH. Orientation occurs bi-weekly, giving you time to get acclimated before the busy schedule begins. This assignment is unique in its fast-paced environment and the chance to be part of a new unit that is growing and evolving.
