Job Description:

Join a vibrant hospital in Jackson, Tennessee, as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on a busy Medical-Surgical floor. This contract role involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing care in a fast-paced setting where every shift offers new challenges and opportunities. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients’ vital signs, managing telemetry equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient flow. The unique aspect of this assignment is the chance to refine your telemetry skills in a supportive environment without on-call duties, with occasional floats to other units, including ICU (low acuity). Expect to use your Epic EMR skills actively, applicable within the last year, to streamline documentation and patient tracking.
