Job Description:

Join a dedicated telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse and experience the nuances of adult to geriatric care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You’ll be responsible for monitoring patients with diagnoses such as CHF, MI, dysrhythmias, hypertension, and vascular issues, utilizing hospital systems like Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR. The night shift offers a quieter atmosphere to focus on patient stability, with a standard ratio of 1:4-5 in a 36-room unit with an average census of 35. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to sharpen your telemetry skills amidst a supportive team, all while dressing in navy blue scrubs and working within a comprehensive electronic environment. The work involves close monitoring, documentation, and responding proactively to changes in patient conditions, making each night both engaging and fulfilling.
