Job Description:

Join this NICU unit as a Registered Nurse and experience the rewarding challenge of caring for fragile newborns in a 9-bed setting that may expand to 16 beds. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring critically ill infants, performing retinopathy of prematurity exams as needed, and providing support for breastfeeding initiatives with assistance from on-staff IBCLCs and lactation peer counselors. The role features 12-hour day shifts, with a focus on patient stabilization and ensuring growth and development in a specialized neonatal environment. Previous travel experience and proficiency with EPIC are required, along with NRP, BLS, and ideally STABLE certifications. This assignment promises an engaging environment where your expertise directly impacts tiny patients' lives during a vital stage of their development.
