Job Description:

Join a specialized step-down unit in Tyler, Texas, as a travel Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing care to patients in a 22-bed facility. This assignment offers the chance to work with patients who require intermediate care, with patient ratios up to 1:6. You'll need at least two years of relevant experience and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and SAMA.
