Job Description:

Join this step-down unit as a Registered Nurse, working 12-hour night shifts in a setting that balances med/surg and intermediate care responsibilities. In this role, you'll manage a patient load with nurse-to-patient ratios from 1:4 to 1:6, performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress during overnight hours. This assignment is unique because of its mix of patient acuity levels and the opportunity to work a flexible 36 or 48-hour week while engaging in meaningful clinical work in a calm, quiet environment. Epic experience is required, and travel experience is not necessary, but local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered.
