Job Description:

Join a specialized oncology and women’s surgical unit in Asheville, where you will provide professional nursing care during 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team caring for adult patients, managing conditions such as post-operative recovery and supportive treatments, all while gaining valuable experience in a well-equipped and safety-conscious environment. Expect to navigate a standard unit with Cerner EMR, handle patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5, and collaborate closely with a team of RNs, CNAs, and a CNC. This assignment allows you to step into a hospital recognized nationally for quality care and safety, providing a unique setting to sharpen your skills in a vibrant North Carolina city.
