Job Description:

Join the team on 6 West Neurosciences at Mission Hospital, where you'll focus on providing specialized care in a bustling neuroscience environment. This role involves managing a high-acuity patient load with patient ratios ranging from 5:1 to 7:1, utilizing standard med-surge equipment and the Cerner EMR system. You'll work the night shift in a 36-bed unit alongside a dedicated staff, including RNs, CNAs, and HUCs, with a schedule that includes every other weekend. Candidates with NIH and ACLS certifications, especially those with neuro experience, will thrive here. Your responsibilities will include routine procedures like Foley insertions and IV starts, all while engaging with a team committed to excellence. Expect a role that combines technical skill with a dynamic, fast-paced setting that keeps you engaged and learning every shift.
