Job Description:

Join us for an exciting ICU RN contract at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., providing critical care in a 7-bed ICU with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. You'll be delivering hands-on care to critically ill patients, managing complex cases that require sharp clinical skills and quick decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to float to the Emergency Room or Medical-Surgical units when needed, with orientation provided for all new responsibilities, including potential House Supervisor duties as needed.
