Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment offers a unique opportunity to work predominantly during 12-hour night shifts, providing a chance to experience a different rhythm of patient care. You will utilize your nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients, ensuring safety and effectiveness. The role requires flexibility to float between departments and local locations within 20 miles, engaging in direct patient care activities that demand a high level of clinical competence. Success in this role includes passing a BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia) test administered onsite, which is essential before starting the assignment. Additionally, you will lead and supervise LPNs and assistive personnel, coordinate care with patients and families, and ensure documentation aligns with protocols.
