Job Description:

This IMC Registered Nurse role is a night shift adventure in Leonardtown, Maryland, where you'll work 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:45 pm to 7:15 am. You'll be handling intermediate care duties with a focus on the stepdown, PCU, and IMC units, providing critical support to patients who need close monitoring. Your experience with ACLS and BLS, along with your ability to interpret EKG rhythms (including lethal rhythms), will be your toolkit for success. This assignment offers the opportunity to float to tele, med-surg, or medical-surgical units as needed, with ratios typically around 1:5 or 1:6, ensuring a variety of clinical challenges. If you thrive on quick-thinking and precision during the overnight hours, this contract is a perfect match for your skills.
