Job Description:

Join a fast-paced post-surgical care unit in Wausau, Wisconsin, where you'll be supporting adult and geriatric patients through their recovery journeys. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, with the chance to experience a dynamic inpatient environment that handles 10-15 new admissions daily. Your expertise in Med Surg, trauma level II care, and recent hospital experience will be essential to providing quality post-operative care. Expect to work in a team-oriented setting, managing multiple patient needs and utilizing electronic charting with Epic. Flexibility for float assignments across inpatient units and on-call duties during low census periods adds variety to your role.
