Job Description:

Join a team of experienced Operating Room RN Circulators in Carlsbad, where you'll be essential in supporting surgical procedures across a variety of specialties including orthopedics, OB-GYN, plastics, endoscopy, and trauma. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians in a 99-bed facility with six operating rooms. Your role will involve preparing supplies, assisting during surgeries, managing case flow, updating physician preference cards, and supervising personnel — all while maintaining a sharp focus on patient safety and surgical excellence. You’ll need at least 2 years of OR experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. Expect a busy schedule with dayshift hours, call duties including one weekday per week and weekend rotation, in a setting that values teamwork and expertise.
