Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team in Rapid City where you'll be immersed in caring for complex medical, surgical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma patients. The unit operates with a pod-based setup, providing an intimate and focused environment. You will manage a variety of critically ill patients, including those on ventilators, vasopressors, and hemodynamic lines, with patient ratios typically ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity. This contract offers the chance to work with high-acuity cases such as ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, post-surgical, and trauma cases, making your skills vital and valued. The role demands experience with Epic and comfort with advanced interventions like Impella or CRRT. This isn't just a night shift—it's an opportunity to work a 48-hour week in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you might also precept students and support various ICU functions.
