Job Description:

Join a busy ICU team in Rapid City, South Dakota, where you'll be managing complex critical care patients with a variety of diagnoses including ARDS, MI, stroke, COVID, trauma, and post-surgical cases. This 13-week contract offers 48-hour days shifts, giving you the opportunity to work with a seasoned team handling adult ICU patients in a mixed unit divided into specialized pods. As an experienced ICU nurse, you'll be expected to skillfully navigate ventilator management, hemodynamic lines, proning, and IV medication administration. Epic charting, along with certifications like BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC, are required, and familiarity with advanced equipment such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT is strongly preferred. This assignment offers a chance to demonstrate your expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
