Job Description:

This RN position involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients in a hospital setting with 12-hour day shifts. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual domains, then formulating a care plan that considers the patient’s unique background and discharge goals. Your role includes coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, delegating tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff, and closely monitoring patient responses to care and education.
