Job Description:

This ICU nursing assignment places you in a high-acuity environment with 12-hour night shifts, where your expertise in critical care will truly shine. You'll be caring for patients experiencing respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac events, and neuro emergencies, among others. The unit supports advanced protocols including VADs and vasoactive infusions, and you'll be expected to participate in multidisciplinary rounds to coordinate complex care. Orientation involves thorough training, including basic EKG interpretation and unit-specific protocols, ensuring you’re well-prepared to handle the demands of this fast-paced setting. This role offers a chance to work with a dedicated team utilizing Cerner EMR and telemetry technology, all while enjoying a dynamic environment that emphasizes quality and teamwork, rather than just long shifts.
