Job Description:

Join our team as an ER RN for a travel contract in Albany, GA, where you'll experience the vibrant rhythm of a busy emergency department. This role involves managing rapid patient flow, triaging a wide variety of cases—including trauma, neuro, ortho, and pediatrics—in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting. You'll be responsible for running less acute patients through the fast track area, collaborating with a dedicated team that includes midlevels, techs, and support staff. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, giving you a chance to work through and witness the critical moments that make emergency nursing so impactful. Expect a diverse mix of patient encounters, from initial assessments to stabilization, with opportunities to engage in complex cases requiring your expertise and quick thinking.
