Job Description:

This pediatric cardiac perfusionist role involves supporting congenital heart surgeries in a Level 3 Trauma facility. You'll work primarily during 10-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the expectation of one call every third weekend. As part of the team, you'll operate advanced POC devices such as Spectrum HLM, Hepcon HMS, and Frensenius CATS Cell Saver, ensuring the highest standards of perfusion support for patients aged 0 to 21 years. Prior experience working with pediatric congenital heart patients and familiarity with equipment like CentrImag and HeartMate III is highly valued. The role provides a unique opportunity to be part of a specialized team managing complex cardiac cases, with an emphasis on safety and precision rather than patient care.
