Job Description:

Join Mercy Hospital Aurora as an Operating Room RN for a 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts. In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated surgical team handling endoscopy, cataract, and general surgery procedures, with a focus on supporting surgeons and ensuring smooth operative workflows. The setting offers a chance to experience a close-knit community hospital environment, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will shine as you assist with sterile equipment, anticipate surgeon needs, and contribute to patient safety during perioperative care.
