Job Description:

Join the team at a prominent hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin, for a challenging and rewarding travel nursing assignment in a fast-paced post-surgical care unit. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgery. You'll be responsible for managing a high patient turnover with an average of 10-15 admissions daily, ensuring seamless recovery and safety through efficient multi-tasking and teamwork. With your trauma level II experience and recent hospital background, you'll navigate the perioperative continuum, utilizing Epic EMR and medication scanning with Rovers. This assignment stands out for its dynamic patient care environment and collaborative team culture, all within a busy, high-occupancy unit.
