Job Description:

This contract role is ideal for a seasoned laboratory supervisor with a knack for blood bank and hematology. You'll oversee daily operations in a busy hospital laboratory, balancing bench work with supervision — spending roughly half your time on the bench. Your expertise in Epic and Soft Bank systems will help ensure smooth workflow and accurate results. The position offers a steady schedule of 8-hour days, with every third weekend on call, providing a rhythmic work-life balance in a well-equipped, 100-bed facility. If you've got at least five years of experience and are currently separated from BILH for more than six months, this is your opportunity to lead in a professional and supportive environment.
