Job Description:

Join our team as a Progressive Care Unit RN in Great Falls, Montana, and experience a role that combines clinical expertise with a touch of teamwork. You'll care for hemodynamically stable patients on a medical/surgical unit, managing advanced medical equipment such as arterial lines, chest tubes, and ventilatory support devices. Your day will involve assessing patient conditions, operating sophisticated monitoring tools, administering IV medications, and providing holistic support that addresses physical, emotional, and cultural needs. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in a setting where skilled assessment and quick decision-making are key, all while acting as a clinical leader and guiding other team members during your shift.
