Job Description:

Join a compelling MICU RN assignment where you’ll step into a fast-paced unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with complex conditions. This role involves managing patients with diagnoses ranging from respiratory failure to sepsis, often utilizing advanced treatments like mechanical ventilation, pulmonary artery catheters, and complex medication regimens. You'll need to be comfortable with computerized charting systems such as EPIC and be prepared for 12-hour night shifts that offer a chance to hone your skills in a dynamic environment. No two nights are exactly the same in this role—you’ll be part of a team providing critical care support, with opportunities to work with a variety of challenging cases that keep your expertise sharp. This is a contract position designed to test and expand your skills in a reputable setting while making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
