Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU nursing team in a welcoming North Carolina hospital, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts providing critical care to a diverse patient population. This role involves managing complex cases such as sepsis, ARDS, GI Bleeds, DKA, and renal failure, utilizing your advanced critical care skills including ventilator management, invasive line oversight, and cardiac rhythm interpretation. As part of the resource team, you'll support patient stability and recovery while collaborating with a skilled staff. You may find yourself floating between regional facilities within your scope, adjusting seamlessly to different units as needed. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to hone your ICU expertise in a well-equipped environment, with a focus on inpatient intensive care and advanced technology like EPIC electronic health records and telemetry monitors.
