Job Description:

This ICU RN position in Cornelius offers a chance to work in a 33-bed facility with a focus on critical care. You will manage patients with sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, DKA, and other serious conditions, while operating ventilators, managing invasive lines, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and administering blood products. The role involves a mix of advanced skills and hands-on support, including assisting CNAs with patient mobilization and activities of daily living. The assignment stands out due to its regional float responsibilities and the requirement to adapt to various hospital environments within the North Carolina region.
