Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team at a well-equipped hospital in Monroe, North Carolina, for an engaging travel contract. This role involves managing adult ICU patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, strokes, respiratory and organ failure, and surgical complications. You'll be working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing critical care for an average of 14 patients per shift. The unit features advanced monitors, EPIC documentation, and a collaborative support staff including intensivists, RTs, hospitalists, and anesthesia. Your expertise in vent management, trach care, central lines, and cardiac rhythms will be essential. This assignment offers a chance to refine critical care skills in a fast-paced environment, with the support of a capable team and modern technology.
