Job Description:

Join us for a night shift adventure in the ICU, where you'll be a vital part of a team responsible for responding to emergency codes, managing ventilators, and handling complex monitoring equipment like EPIC and Pyxis. This role offers a 12-hour night schedule, providing opportunities to experience the quiet strength of nocturnal healthcare while floating to other units such as Tele and ER. Bring your minimum of three years of recent ICU experience, active ACLS and BLS certifications, and a Minnesota RN license to this engaging contract. The unit's nurse-to-patient ratio varies between 1:2/3 in ICU and 1:3/5 in Tele and ER, ensuring a manageable workload. Expect 12 to 24 hours of orientation per unit to get you acclimated. If you've previously worked with Sanford Health, please note your end date must be at least six months prior to submitting for this role.
